1. About this policy

This policy applies to venmorktechnologies.com, its Personnel Network, and the account connections operated by the Venmork Technologies community team. Venmork is a fictional roleplay institution and community on Roblox, not Roblox Corporation or Discord. References to employment, offices, ranks, clearance, and personnel describe community and gameplay roles.

Roblox and Discord operate their own services under their own privacy policies. This policy explains our handling of information in the Venmork portal.

2. Information we handle

  • Discord sign-in: your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar reference, along with session and account-link records. The current Discord sign-in requests identity access; it does not request your Discord password or email address.
  • Roblox account linking: when you authorize the connection, your Roblox user ID and username, the time of verification, and the association with your personnel file. The connection requests the openid and profile permissions. It does not request your Roblox password or permission to change your Roblox resources.
  • Community records: information you or authorized staff submit, such as your roleplay name, application responses, office assignment, rank, qualifications, tasks, workflow acknowledgements, and relevant community moderation or administrative records.
  • Office Discord operations: server membership and relevant role information, synchronization results, and delivery records for office notices when those features are configured.
  • Technical information: authentication events, timestamps, errors, and security or audit records. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser information, and request metadata to deliver and protect the service.
Use fictional details for roleplay. Do not submit passwords, government identification, financial account details, real medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in personnel forms or reports.

3. How information is used

We use information to sign you in, connect accounts to the correct personnel file, process community applications and assignments, display relevant work areas, manage authorized office access, maintain records, and investigate errors or misuse.

Roblox linking verifies which account belongs to a personnel record. It does not automatically award a rank, office, clearance, or management authority. We do not sell Roblox profile information or use it for targeted advertising.

Essential cookies maintain sign-in and protect authorization attempts. Your browser may also store interface preferences, such as the selected color scheme. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or account linking.

4. Access and sharing

Personnel information is available to you and to staff whose assigned permissions allow access. Some records are shared with relevant office members or managers. Content explicitly published for the public is visible without signing in; do not include private information in material intended for publication.

Sentinel processes personnel information to support the website and configured Discord operations. Office role synchronization and directive notices may share role changes or notice links with the relevant Discord server. Discord members can see information according to that server’s settings.

We use service providers for hosting, storage, security, and authentication, including Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure, plus Roblox and Discord for their respective integrations. Information may be processed outside your country. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to address abuse or protect users and the service.

5. Storage, security, and retention

We use HTTPS, protected server credentials, session checks, and permission controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Portal sign-in sessions are valid for up to seven days unless ended or revoked earlier. Authorization attempts expire after ten minutes. These validity periods do not mean every related database record or infrastructure log is immediately erased. Roblox OAuth tokens are used on the server during verification; they are not stored as part of your linked personnel profile.

Personnel records, verified account associations, and administrative history remain available while needed for community operations, security, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. They are not automatically deleted when you sign out or leave a Discord server. Deletion requests are reviewed individually; limited records may need to be retained for a specific security, dispute, or legal reason.

6. Your choices and requests

You can choose not to link Roblox, although features that need verified Roblox identity may be unavailable. You can sign out of the portal or revoke the app’s authorization through your Roblox account settings. Revoking Roblox authorization does not itself erase the verified identity association already stored in Venmork.

Contact us to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or removal of a link from your information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify that you control the affected account before acting. If information must be retained, we will explain the relevant limitation. You can also contact your local data protection authority where that right applies.

The personnel portal requires Discord sign-in and is intended for people eligible to use Discord and Roblox under their applicable age requirements. It is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child below the applicable minimum age has submitted personal information, contact the community owner.

7. Contact and policy updates

For privacy, account-link, correction, or deletion requests, visit the Venmork community Discord and contact the server owner privately. Ask for a private support route if needed. Include only the account name or ID and a description of your request; never send a password, session cookie, or client secret. If you cannot access the server, use an existing private contact with community management to reach the owner.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be highlighted through an appropriate website or community notice. Read the Terms of Service for the rules governing use of the portal.
