1. The service

These terms govern your use of venmorktechnologies.com, its Personnel Network, and its community account connections. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the portal.

The Venmork Technologies community team operates the service. Venmork is a fictional roleplay institution, independently operated from Roblox Corporation and Discord. Personnel titles, employment status, offices, clearance, and assignments refer to community or gameplay roles; they do not create real-world employment or promise compensation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Roblox, Discord, and other external services have their own terms and policies, which continue to apply when you use them.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements of the services you use. The personnel portal is not intended for children under 13. If you are a minor, obtain permission from a parent or guardian where required.

Use accounts you own or are authorized to control. Keep your sign-in credentials private and tell community management if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not impersonate another person or link someone else’s Roblox account.

Roblox linking is voluntary and verifies an account association. It does not independently grant community membership, a position, office access, rank, or clearance. Account changes and conflicting links may require staff review.

3. Acceptable use

Use the portal for legitimate community participation and follow the rules of the relevant Venmork community and connected platforms. You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or expose private information about another person.
  • Submit unlawful material, malware, stolen credentials, or content you lack permission to share.
  • Attempt to bypass permissions, access another person’s private records, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.
  • Falsify account ownership, administrative authority, qualifications, or records used for community decisions.
  • Use automation to spam the service, harvest private personnel information, or evade moderation.

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to the community owner. Do not access or copy other users’ data to demonstrate an issue.

4. Content and records

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You give the community team permission to store, display, format, and share that content as needed to operate the feature where you submitted it, subject to the relevant access controls and Privacy Policy. Publicly submitted or published content may be visible to everyone.

Use fictional information for roleplay records and avoid unnecessary real personal or sensitive information. You are responsible for having permission to submit information about others.

Venmork branding, site design, and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. Access to the portal does not grant permission to claim ownership, impersonate the project, or redistribute private materials. Roblox and Discord names and marks belong to their respective owners.

5. Access, moderation, and account requests

Access depends on your current community status and assigned permissions. Authorized staff may change assignments, correct records, restrict features, or suspend access to enforce rules, protect users, or respond to security problems. Office Discord roles may change when your personnel assignment or status changes and synchronization is enabled.

You may ask community management to review a moderation decision or correct an inaccurate record. Contact the server owner privately with the relevant account and a concise explanation. Do not evade restrictions while a request is being reviewed.

You can stop using the portal at any time. Signing out, leaving a server, or revoking an external app authorization does not automatically delete stored records. Use the request process in the Privacy Policy to request deletion or account unlinking.

6. Availability and responsibility

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not promise continuous availability, error-free records, a particular community outcome, or continued access to any position. External services may change their APIs or permissions, which can affect account linking and synchronization.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the portal. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The portal provides fictional community and roleplay information. It is not a source of real medical, psychological, legal, or emergency advice.

7. Contact and changes

For support, account concerns, moderation review, or questions about these terms, visit the Venmork community Discord and contact the server owner privately. Ask for a private support route if needed. If you cannot access the server, use an existing private contact with community management to reach the owner. Never send passwords, session cookies, or application secrets.

Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be highlighted through an appropriate website or community notice. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about your account or information.
